MA-1 Satin Bomber Jacket

I like it but it's different than what's in the picture and so I'm a bit conflicted on that. I tried the black and the green and neither one has that weather v-shaped yoke in the back. The arms seems and side seems also aren't double stitched like in the picture. Only the tops of the shoulders are. Also, the trim on the pocket is a little different it's white with a bit of red not which with navy like in the picture. The green is also a little more olive. But it's still the same jacket otherwise. It's light weight, lined but not filled. So it would be a good spring jacket (or rmyear round for us in Florida). The material is smooth and satiny but few durable. The zippers are dark grey not silver. The green has an orangey lining and the black has a dark red lining. The fit is relaxed hits just below the hip on me at 5'1". The medium fits true to size if not a little loose, but not so much I could go to a small. I'm 134lb. I think it looks like a more sphofisticated and less trendy casual bomber. It should be more timeless because of that.

I ordered the White for a light jacket for spring. It's a different look for me (satin!) but I like it. Size Medium was a good fit for me (5'11", 138 lbs, size 8) with sleeves that were long enough. The white doesn't have the red interior that some reviews have mentioned about the other colors. Also note that it is satin inside and out (no fuzzy inside) so it's quite light. Can't wait for the weather to warm up just a bit so I can wear out.

I loved this jacket the moment I put it on! I ordered the black and was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. Two of my favorite things about it is one, the lining.... it’s red! Not just any red, a georgeous , bright, deep red. Makes it pop! A great conversation starter. Second favorite thing is how this black jacket makes me feel. I feel sexy, put together, pretty. Makes me feel great!
