On the fence with how it arrived
Ordered this jacket for a road trip. Spring has arrived where I am and this was exactly what I wanted for trip. The order came in a timely manner, however, the coat was literally rolled in a ball and stuffed into a plastic bag. It clearly has been worn and returned. It smells strongly of perfume and had several very long hairs on it. I contacted customer service and received what appears to be an AI response - here it is:
"Thank you for clarifying and for your understanding. I truly appreciate your willingness to keep the jacket despite the inconvenience, and I understand how important it is to have it for your trip.
While I’m unable to directly submit complaints or feedback to management, your experience is important to us. If you have any other concerns or need assistance in the future, please let me know. Safe travels on your road trip!"
As a long time customer of Nordstrom, this is truly only the 2nd time I have ever had an issue and I am disappointed and would like management to know about this issue. The coat in general is exactly what I wanted size LG as I want to wear sweaters/layers underneath it and at the price I was willing to pay and very much would like to keep it. I will keep as time doesn't allow for a return and launder it prior to leaving tomorrow as the perfume is awful. Just really disappointed in Nordstrom.

Get durable jacket
