It’s always hit or miss with the 501’s shorts & pants, these are most definitely a hit!
When I have to go up to a size 28 in Levis they just don’t fit properly. When my normal-size 27 fits, they fit like a glove. Absolutely love these classics

Strong sulfur chemical smell
Fit is true to size if you let it break in or size up one for instant comfort. These have such a strong sulfur chemical smell that will not go away with multiple washing or vinegar soak. I HATE black jeans that smell like this. Smell like a book of matches? No thank you.

I love that these are a beautiful faded black without distressing or holes. They fit my hips/booty/thighs nicely. I size up in Levi’s and the 31 fit well. Maybe a smidge loose in the waist but the belly was supported and no hiking them up all day. My butt looked great.
The length is great too for me being 5’3- hit right at my ankle. Super cute with sneakers or boots.
