'À la Banane' Restructuring Shampoo

It is definitely the richest shampoo I have ever used and it does a great job cleansing and hydrating my course, curly hair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed when I picked up the bottle was how sleek it was and how it fit perfectly in my hand, the bottle has a great design. The shampoo is thick, so you don’t need to use much. Just be sure to emulsify in your palms before applying it to your hair for even coverage. The scent is light and fresh, not overpowering at all. After washing, my hair felt clean but not stripped or dry. It helped give me volume in my hair by not weighing it down with residue. Overall, a lovely shampoo. I bought this for my daughter who has very lovely but fine hair that loves to get into tangles. She does not like washing her hair but when I offer her the "whipped cream" shampoo, she is very willing to have her hair cleansed. This comes out all foamy like whipped cream and smells so wonderful. She says it does a good job not making her head itchy -this is a big concern for us as she is prone to scratching her scalp with her fingernails which causes cuts. A wonderfully gentle shampoo that smells so wonderful!
