T force carrier very disappointed
Well, I wish I could give you a review regarding the teddy bear however, I cannot. I never received it. TForce said they had delivered my package it was not there the photo that TFforce sent me was from a different address I purchased a pink teddy bear for my great grandchild. This is so disappointing. I have been a Nordstrom customer for 20 years. This has never happened to me before when I notified Nordstrom of what had happened. They said next time it’s better to just come into the store and purchase the item. I am a caregiver for my 95 year mother so this is kind of difficult for me.
I Believe the other reviews. Nordstrom needs to drop this company. I won't be buying from Nordstrom online until they drop this carrier.
