Bad sizing
I love this brand. I've had at least five pair. But the foot strap was so ridiculously big that the shoe could not stay on a foot. (The base was the right size.)

Giant, uncomfortable straps
The straps on these flip-flops were so loose on my foot, I could not walk. I have very high arches so the top of my foot tends to be high and tight in shoes and it was the absolute opposite situation here. Not sure who these would be made for. Additionally, the bit between the toes was so uncomfortable and too wide.

straps are way too long
These flip flops are really cute and the footbed fits true to size, but unfortunately the straps on this style are so long that they don’t stay on my feet, making them unwearable. I was disappointed because I own several other Olukai sandals and flip flops that fit perfectly.

Not my favorite purchase
I sent these back. I’ve worn a different style of Tommy Bahama flip flops for years and absolutely love them. These didn’t fit me at all. Way too wide and they hurt between my toes. I was so bummed because the color and style were so nice. I will stick with my previous ones because they fit perfectly and are so comfortable.
