Leather Wrap Belt

I was thrilled when this restocked and I love the design. Unfortunately, immediately after opening it, I noticed that there are multiple areas on the belt where the leather has already formed little cracks... kind of shocking for this brand and price point. Additionally, I thought the main part of the belt was flat, but it's actually round, so it ends up looking a bit like you've wrapped an extension cord around your waist.
