Longchamp

In 1948, Jean Cassegrain turned his Paris tobacco shop—where he was known to cover his pipes in an exquisite leather—into an accessories business. Named after the famed horse track on the outskirts of Paris, Longchamp is still family owned and operated, creating superbly crafted handbags and luggage lauded for a decidedly understated, always chic look.

Travel essential

This is my second Energy Canvas bag. Absolutely love these for travel, and I was thrilled to see it offered in brown, a lovely warm neutral color. This bag isn’t oversized like many totes are, but just right and goes from being my personal item on the plane to shopping tote to sand resistant beach bag. If you need to travel light I highly recommend this.

Lightweight, comfortable, attractive

I normally don’t buy designer bags…I’m pretty utilitarian. This is a very nice bag though, really versatile, good size, can be business or casual, lightweight, appears well made- good adjustable strap. Many inserts available on the web if more structure is needed.
