[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jean-Paul Gautier Le Male Elixir Parfum is a really bold standout fragrance. It’s got a warm sweet and slightly spicy scent with a nice mix of vanilla style sweetness and deeper woody notes which makes it feel quite luxurious at last well throughout the day and definitely gets noticed. It’s a bit on the stronger side so not something I’d wear every day but perfect for evenings or special occasions a great fragrance if you like something intense and long lasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used previous JPg Fragrances but this is my first elixir. With only 2 sprays it lasts all day and has a fresh and elegant undertone. The packaging is the classic jpg we come to expect with a top of the range, but affordable fragrance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a Jean Paul Gautier EDT a few years ago and was 50/50 whether I liked it or not. I think it felt more feminine than I thought but it was still quite nice regardless. Le Male Elixir Parfum smells consideranly different to any of the others I have smelt before from Jean Paul Gautier. This smells more masculine although not in an overpowering way. I think females will like the smell of this on their partner. When you first apply it, it smells nice and powerful and actually lasts for a long time. If I spray it on myself before work, I can still smell it when I finish and even better, I can still smell it on my clothes the day after. It comes in a beautifully presented tin/can a d once you slide the bottom of it away from the tin/can you are presented with a golden male mannequin. My wife said it looks like something out of the Oscar's and even complimented me on the smell straight away. A winner from me. Would I look to buy this in future.... absolutely!

You get a rich aroma of honey and tobacco leaf. It’s warm, sweet, and honestly, if you spray this on a hoodie, you’ll still smell it for quite some time. It has a deep, creamy vanilla and tonka bean base that’s ideal for winter nights when you want a scent that cuts through the cold. I’d recommend being modest with the sprays, more than a few might be overwhelming.

Performance is excellent — it projects really well without being too much, and you only need a couple of sprays. The longevity is impressive too, it lasts all day and even into the next day on clothes. It definitely leans more towards evening wear with a warm, sweet and slightly spicy vibe, but I still find myself wearing it daily. It feels perfect for nights out or special occasions, but versatile enough if you enjoy stronger scents. I’ve had loads of compliments wearing this, so it’s a winner for me.
