Le Labo
Cult-favorite fragrance house Le Labo debuted in 2006 and gained immediate renown for its subtle, striking scents, apothecary packaging and distinctive naming convention. Each name consists of a word and a number: the most prominent note and the quantity of notes in the composition. Freshly compounded and hand labeled, these handcrafted creations are often unisex and always irresistible.

Gateway to an Amazing Perfume House
I have way too many perfumes. I’ve been asked if had to choose just 3 perfumers or Houses to keep, which would I choose? My first answer will always be Le Labo. I find the brand to use the top perfumers in the world and offer creations that can entice a great array of people. The sampler really lets you discover your preferred scent category and allows you to try ones you may never have considered. The kit has daily as well as more formal scents, feminine and masculine. Do I love them all? No, but can appreciate the fragrance and the creativity behind it. My most loved scents are from the City Exclusives so I highly recommend ordering those samples when they are offered online from their boutique or Luckyscent.com. I think they are offered bi-annually and recommend Tuberose, Poivre, Vanille, and Benjoin. I own bottles of those along with Jasmine, Lys, Tonka, Fleur d’Oranger and Ambrette if that helps anyone with a similar “nose”. I will say every time I wear Ambrette it garners a compliment and not “What perfume are you wearing?” It’s an incredible skin scent! I have given many bottles as gifts ordered from the boutique since you can add a name/date to commemorate a special occasion like birthdays and weddings. Really great gifts!

Great Idea- Poor Execution
I loved this idea and couldn't wait to sit down and smell all the scents I would not have otherwise been able to try... So 90.00 later and many of the tiny testers don't squirt or even open. Poor quality!

Save Your Money
Disappointment is not a sufficient word for how I feel about this set. I am shocked that Le Labo has gotten so many positive reviews, concerning their fragrances. Out of 17 fragrances, I partially liked 3. Almost all, but three, of the fragrances have poor sillage. None of the fragrances stand out from one another. They are flat and weak. In good conscience, I cannot recommend any of Le Labo's fragrances. Moreover, the coveted Santal 33, in my opinion, is not anything near the hype that it receives. It is best that you, the buyer, purchase another discovery set instead of wasting your money on this one. For, I am surely returning my set.

Dream a little dream of Le Labo...
I was so happy to receive this as a Christmas gift from my dog, who has the most exquisite taste. I've been fascinated by Le Labo since an overnight stay in the most magnificent hotel in the world, who uses them as their house brand of toiletries (SWOON!). I love being able to try all the scents, and pick one randomly every day. This kit will no doubt last me all year to get through, there's plenty here to explore. During these days of being home so much, this kit has brought me so much excitement and joy!

cool concept bad craftsmanship
I like the concept however some of scents sprayer doesn’t work or some will work a few times but then stop working. It’s disappointing that you are paying that price for sample sizes and they barely work

This set is the best
I have been searching for a new fragrance for years. So many perfumes either react poorly with my body chemistry or don’t last. Le Labo has always intrigued me and when I saw this sample set I jumped on it. It’s the perfect way to try all of them. I just received the box and tried Ambrette 9. It smells awesome and lasts! I can’t wait to try them all.
