A beautiful stoneware French press lets you prepare a custom pot of coffee, espresso or cappuccino, brewed to your own exact specifications—simply steep coarsely ground coffee beans in boiling water, then filter the grounds away by plunging the mesh sieve through the press. The dense stoneware blocks moisture absorption to prevent cracking, crazing and rippling, while the impermeable exterior enamel resists stains and scratches. The nearly nonstick glazed interior allows for quick and easy cleanup.

Best Item To Wake Up To!
Perfect size for those first two large cups of coffee in the morning! Keeps the coffee hotter longer than I expected too!

Great coffee
I just started drinking french press coffee on vacation and love it. It seems less bitter. This French press is great very substantial compared some of the glass ones out there. One reason I bought this one is the previews said it keeps the coffee hotter than the glass ones, It stays warm not hot...that is the draw back with French Press coffee

Excellent Coffee Press!
This coffee press is excellent. It looks great and and the flavor of the coffee is amazing. However, the only negative thing is it does not keep the coffee warm for as long as I'd like it to. But pouring hot water in the pot to warm it up first does help keep it hot a little longer.

Beautiful and well-made
Such a beautiful and substantial French press. Couple of reasons I didn't give it five stars: if you fill it a smidge to high the indentation of the spout will let some coffee grounds get in your coffee cup. A little practice and I know the 'fill line' and Le Creuset doesn't supply extra filters.

FRENCH POWER PRESS
This stoneware french press was so worth the purchase. My coffee is a daily must and it definitely makes it so smooth and foamy on the top. It is nicely made and design and versatile as a vase for flowers. When you press down, I can feel that it is pressing down very firm and not some cheap quality Bodum french press. Wish the price was not so high though, but I suppose quality is not cheap.
