Signature 6 3/4-Quart Round Wide French/Dutch Oven

Nordstrom has been great with the online ordering, delivery and even the return in store. However, Le Creuset really needs to improve their quality control. There were dark marks all along the name area and other areas of the pot because the color covering was too thin. It also had way too many pinholes. I can understand a couple maybe? Now I’m trying to find a pot in much better condition and every store I call that has one on hand in store that inspected for me and sent me pictures, all have the same issues, some less than others. Le Creuset…these pots cost way too much to expect your customers to be happy about poor quality. Nordstrom, thank you for your great customer service, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars!

So disappointed I received a damaged item, Nordstrom needs better quality inspection.

I already have the 7 quart round LeCreuset Dutch Oven in the color Coastal Blue and love it. When I saw the new color Provence being offered, I knew I had to have it....dilemma....what size to get? When I discovered that LeCreuset now offered a new round wide Dutch Oven in a 6 3/4 quart capacity, I knew my decision was made....it had a larger capacity than the soup pot and a larger surface area than a dutch oven. In addition, the Provence color comes with the stainless steel knob which adds to the richness and beauty of the vessel. I can't wait to use it! I am just trying to decide what dish to make in it first.

Perfect size for everything from cioppino, paella, soup, stir fry, pan fry, deep fry.... pretty in white.

Beautiful pot in the beautiful Oyster color. I picked it up locally because the 6.75 quart pot is super heavy. After I took it home, I noticed that the le Creuset box was ripped and torn. As I bought it as a birthday gift for my daughter and did not want to exchange it due to its heaviness, I requested wrapping paper from my local Nordstrom. I was told that it would cost me $5 because I was a Nordstrom credit card holder ($10 for non-cardholders). They offered me a free box but it was way oversized by a foot. Ridiculous as I am at the Influencer status level and have been a customer 10+ years. Nordstrom really has to think through their changing customer service rules. Nordstrom wrapping paper doesn't have to be thick and super-expensive. Remember when their tissue paper had their logo all over? Also, I could've bought the pot for the same price at other stores, e.g., Williams-Sonoma, Bloomingdale's. BTW, my daughter loves the pot.

Greatest Purchase I’ve made this year. Incredibly versatile; perfect size for soup & dinners for the family and great for bread baking! 10/10 recommend especially for the price!
