Lasagna, Roasting, Baking and More!
This Le Creuset enameled cast iron pan not only serves as a great roaster, but also as a baking dish and a lasagna pan. In fact, the latter was my first use case for the pan.
I like the fact that, because of its cast iron base, it can be used on the double heating element of an induction cooktop as well as in the oven. And it is an attractive serving dish too!
It appears to be well constructed and, with proper care, should last for many years, if not decades. I did a lot of research before purchasing this Le Creuset 9" x 13" pan. Truth be told, there aren't many 9” x 13” enameled cast iron pans like this in the marketplace, but after having reviewed all available competitors, this one stands out as the best.
