I love Le Creuset products, and I love buying with Nordstrom. To my knowledge, in almost 10 years of buying with Nordstrom I had not received a used product until now. It took me about 2 weeks to open the box to find out the beautiful casserole had been used. The good thing is that cast iron skillet from Le Creuset last more than a lifetime, and I could probably remove the stains. Nordstrom, I am not mad at you, but I wish you could have given me a discount for sending me a used product.

I love Le Creuset products, and I love buying with Nordstrom. To my knowledge, in almost 10 years of buying with Nordstrom I had not received a used product until now.
