The non-drying formula, featuring jojoba oil and cotton seed derivatives, helps comfort lips, while a built-in blending brush makes precise application easy.

Best Lip Liner!!
First time I've ever used this product and I'm very happy I got it! I needed it for a wedding reception and my lips looked amazing!! Chose the color based on my outfit. It stayed on the whole event until I washed my face when I got home, so roughly 6 hours. Didn't smear, stayed in place even while I was eating/drinking. Highly recommend!!

Lasted 2 Weeks!!
This was recommended to me online by a Nordstrom Beauty advisor & it lasted about 2 weeks, is now worn down with no way to sharpen it. Very disgusted!

No longer includes sharpener
I was disappointed in the quality. This lip pencil used to include a sharpener. The first time I used it I tried to take the cap off the brush end and it broke off completely. When I tried to sharpen it the liner itself was soft and crumbly and hard to sharpen into a decent point. I tried 3 different sharpeners from Charlotte Tillbury, Dior and loreal. None of them worked. I wish they still sold the old nude color. I returned it . The search for a new lip liner is underway.

Does not sharpen well, wasted
I love the color of this pencil! It goes perfectly well with my darker lipstick. However, unfortunately, half of the pencil was wasted when sharpened. Literally, half. It breaks, skips the turns, and plain does not sharpen. The counter was nice and exchanged it for a new pencil, when I brought mine to the store. They insisted on purchasing a sharpener hoping it will improve the process (I sharpened with Estee Lauder before). I spent another $10+tax, which was a total waste of money. It did not help a bit AND it turns out to be MAC sharpener! I was sure Chanel will sell a Chanel one, but... I will never buy this pencil again and will try to find an equivalent elsewhere. I truly hope Chanel will go to retractable pencils that require no sharpening. Don't know why everyone switched to pencil+sharpener mode. What if the pencil breaks while out of the house? Should I carry that huge piece of plastic, the sharpener, in my small purse every time I go out?

Disappointed
The new chanel lip liner is too soft so it keeps breaking off at the tip. I have to use the sharpener every time so the pencil doesn't last long. Also miss having the sharpener included in the box.

No sharpener is included anymore, same price, the sharpener was good and necessary and a selling feature for me. I’m not sure I’ll continue to buy the Chanel lip liner, I’ve used it for probably 20 years but omitting the sharpener could sway my decision.

save your old sharpener
Good news for the environment: The lipliners have been repackaged in a slimmer box and no longer contain a sharpener. The pencil also seems to be a new formula that is less sticky. I got the Nude Brun color, and it goes well with most nude lip colors.
