Not for pear shapes!
I’m usually around a 14/16 on the bottom and am smaller on top. I could barely get it around my hips, but the bust area was too big for me so I couldn’t size up. It’s a beautiful dress, but not for my body type.

uneven sizing top and bottom
I am getting used to this brand and some pieces work, some don’t. Some run big, others small. Some uneven sizing on top of the garment and bottom. This fit fine on bottom and was larger on top - but at the sale price I am keeping and will try taking the top in because the stying is cute and it is a good fun slightly fancier dinner dress.
