What it is: An easy-to-use liner that delivers long-lasting color payoff that doesn't fade throughout the day, for flawlessly defined eyes.

What it does: The smudge- and transfer-resistant, color-true shades glide smoothly onto the lashline, staying put all day long without fading.

How to use: To create a tightline, dip a flat eyeliner brush into clean water then work the eyeliner into a thick paste. Apply the eyeliner underneath the root of your upper lashline by wiggling the brush between your individual lashes. Reapply to add intensity.
