What it does: This ultrasmooth, long-wearing pencil glides on comfortably with foolproof precision to create customizable eye definition. Its waterproof formula ensures vibrant color payoff that lasts up to 12 hours without smudging or transferring.
How to use: Use a dot and wriggle motion to fill the entire lashline at the roots and between each individual lash to create the look of full, thick lashes. Apply eyeliner wherever your lashes naturally grow and all the way to the outer corner, leaving the inner corners free. For a softer look line only the upper lid. For maximum definition, line the upper and lower lids.

Stay put
Tried many that claimed that it won't smudge later but this one finally worked for me. I still have others that didn't help, so I wear them over the lids where it doesn't smudge and use only this pencil for under. I practice Yoga, fast walk and play tennis and it doesn't smudge. Planning to get other colors.

Disappointed
Not long wearing, not ultra smooth, not waterproof. Does not apply easily, does not have a silky smooth finish. Did not smudge, because flaked off. No no no. I love her kohl pencils, so am so disappointed with this product. Dry formula, dries flaky.

breaks too easily
Long lasting and easy to apply, BUT breaks off pencil too easily. Constantly needing to sharpen.

Best Eye Liner for Sensitive Eye's & Contact's
Love this eyeliner!! It is true, it is ultra smooth, waterproof, creamy and does NOT flake or run when your eyes water. This never bothered my eyes with contacts and since I had Lasik eye surgery it still does not bother me. Thank you

Long lasting!
I bought this eyeliner because it said "longwear" and it really is longwearing! I hate when you apply bottom eyeliner for a night out and you go to the bathroom and the eyeliner is almost gone. With this eyeliner it lasts all night and never smudges! I would definitely recommend.
