What it is: A perfectly textured lip pencil designed to outline, define and enhance the natural shape of your lips.
What it does: It's firm enough to draw a precise, thin line but soft enough to blend. The creamy formula glides on smoothly and comfortably, prolonging the wear of your lip color and helping to prevent bleeding, feathering or collecting in corners.
How to use: Sharpen the pencil to a point then line the outside of your lips. Follow with your chosen lip color. You can use the pencil to fill in your lips if desired.

Best lip liner ever!
I confess I'm addicted to lipstick and lip liners. The Laura Mercier lip liner in Potpourri never leaves my cosmetic bag. It acts as neutral for me. I've worn it with red, plum and some pinks. It never let's me down!!

Color and quality change
I’ve used Laura Mercier Lip Pencil in Chestnut for decades. It was the perfect combination of pink and brown. However, when recently purchasing, the color had completely changed and is no longer manufactured in Germany. I’m completely disappointed as the texture, quality and color have changed to a lesser quality than I know of Laura Mercier products.

Beautiful Color
I ordered Chestnut and it blends nicely with all my lipsticks. I appreciate receiving a sharpener with this pencil. I gave it a four star, simply because it seems the density is a bit hard. Would prefer it to be a trifle softer. But it might be formulated this way so it won't melt! I love Laura Mercier products! As an aside, while people are reviewing beauty products with colors to select, I find it very helpful when colors chosen are mentioned.

Just wax
I'd hoped this "clear" liner would prevent feathering of my lipstick, but it just leaves bits of wax without a clean line. The pencil is too soft to make a clean, clear line.

Perfect liner
I've been using the "naked" color exclusively for years. It's the perfect nude color. I usually wear a light lipstick color and/or gloss and this liner matches them all. It's slightly darker than my lips and outlines them perfectly! It lasts a long time. I've gotten many compliments over the years on my "lipstick" when all I'm wearing is this liner and a clear gloss!

Perfectly Neutral
I have light blonde hair and pale skin and Naked is the perfect neutral for someone of my coloring (or lack thereof!). It has a smooth, creamy texture so it's very easy to apply and it goes well with a wide variety of colors so it has become my every day liner.

If you've spent an adulthood looking for the perfect lip pencil, your search ends here.
