Doesn’t work on lashes

I have never purchased a lash serum that did absolutely nothing. I am on my second tube and my lashes have not grown at all.

Not working after 30 days

Started using twice a day 30 days ago and don’t see any noticeable difference in lashes. Used before and had good results. Tried other brands (less $$) without success so came back to this. Disappointed but will give it another month.

Disappointed

I used this product a few years ago and had wonderful results. This new serum has not improved my lashes.

Doesn't work for me on multiple levels

I followed the instructions and made sure my lash line was clean and clear of any lotions, etc. I did not see any growth. With that said, I had to stop after a few days as my eyelids turned pink and puffy. I retried again a week later, just in case something was "in the air" - same issue, puffy uncomfortable eyelids.

Hi, we're sorry that you didn't experience desirable results. It does typically take 6-12 weeks to see consistent results so if you were only able to use the serum for a few days, you would not see results within that time frame. If you haven't already, please reach out to our team at customercare@nulastin.com so we can assist you further.

Is it working? Who knows!

Honestly, I can’t tell that this serum does anything at all! But, I am going to continue to use it morning and night until it is all used.

Hi Betty, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Please keep in mind that it does typically take 6-12 weeks to see consistent results, so our professional guess is that you may need more time.
