Lash Curl Finisher

After seeing this product I was very excited to use it! I have VERY straight but long lashes and needed a product that helped me keep the curl in my lashes. This product worked really well for a day worth of hold. If you don’t want or can’t afford a lash lift this product is a great substitute. I received this product complimentary from The Ordinary. I’ve been using this after curling my lashes as a finishing step, and I really like how lightweight and natural it feels. Since it’s completely clear, it doesn’t weigh my lashes down or make them look heavy the way mascara sometimes can. It coats each lash evenly and gives a subtle definition while helping hold the curl in place. My lashes still feel soft and flexible, not stiff or crunchy, which I really appreciate. I noticed it keeps my lashes lifted for most of the day, especially for everyday wear. It’s not a dramatic, high-impact hold, but it’s perfect if you want a more natural, “awake” look without adding color.

Gifted by the ordinary — I tried this the other day but was a bit underwhelmed. Had to curl my lash to see any lift and even then didn’t last very long. Feel like I could prob get the same results using vaseline to be honest. Perhaps if this was infused w a serum or something else to help thicken lashes I could see the benefit but not much reason to use this, at least for me.
