Caravan Stroller Wagon Chassis

Really wanted to like it but it just wasn’t practical for us. Just as another mom reviewed, this thing is a train! It’s HUGE. The reason I went with this wagon was because it reclines and was an inch slimmer than the Evenflo but all the cons overweighed that feature for me. Cons: - The canopy (sold separately) is ridiculously high. You have to be over 6’5 to see over your kids or anything for that matter. It also doesn’t even have a peek-a-boo flap on either one of the canopy! So if you wanna check on your kids, be prepared to stop every single time and move to the side to see your kiddos or constantly remove and put on the rear canopy.. - The basket can’t be moved to the front. If you have the canopy on, you wouldn’t even know if someone snatched your bag or whatever you put in there. I also don’t like the zipper compartment under the basket. Takes up significant space and is not flush/flat when you fold it up. Lastly, if you recline the front seat, the basket goes down in an angle with it. Therefore the world can see your belongings... - The seat buckle is frustrating and time consuming. It’s one of those where the top strap has to go through the side strap in order to click it in the bottom buckle.. What kind of mom has time for that?!? And because it’s a 5 point harness, the strap pads and crotch pad slips right off so expect to lose them :) - Hopping over curves. I’ve watched a YouTube video where Lois I believe demonstrated how easy it was. Not if you have kids inside! Had to have my husband pull it up from front! - I do not recommend if you live in a high rise (it will take up the elevator). Pros: - Pretty easy to maneuver - It can fit in the back of my Honda Fit (canopy removed). In conclusion, this would’ve been okay if we had the space for it. I think if it had a better canopy style I would’ve kept it. Not being able to see my kids was the main issue. Although it says for ages 6 months and up, I do t recommend for children under 1. Even with the seat reclined all the way, if they fall asleep their neck will still dangle to the side. Also, because the wagon is so wide, their head won’t reach the side to rest their head on. Honestly I think this was designed for much older kids..

Perfect for my two boys! Well made wagon, I can feel that Larktale put a lot of effort into it. Larktale added almost all possible features parents would want on their wagon. Beautiful design, practical features, reasonable price. If you have more than 2 kids, I would recommend going with quad wagon or buying a Ride Along board.

This wagon is the only one I found with the foot well feature. My 3 1/2 year old is autistic and is a runner and sometimes refuses to walk. This wagon lets him sit up and use the foot well and keep his snacks and drinks nearby in the convenient pockets. It is a great height for pushing and it goes on any surface with minimal effort. It folds up so it fits in our vehicle and is great for bigger kids who need the safety of a stroller. This is the best thing by far and replaced our BOB stroller recently. It is large (plenty of room for shopping and for him to take a nap) and gets a lot of looks and smiles when we take it out. It is very well made and worth every penny.
