Chloe large spin tote

So very disappointed this is the second time (and probably the last)I’ve ordered a designer bag from Nordstrom. When someone spends over $2000 and you open the box and your item is in a clear plastic bag, all tags removed and laying in bottom of the purse. The storage bag and packing materials are crumpled up and shoved inside the purse. It certainly looked and felt like a bag someone may have used, changed their mind and returned. I’m returning this bag and your repackaging employees need some training.
