Large Sky Dragon

Quick shipping. Packaging was horrible, ordered 3 Jelliycats and boxed arrived opened. Thank goodness they were all in there. The box was only sealed with one piece of tape. Knocking off 2 stars for that.

NO VISIBLE EYES!

Overall, product is really cute. That acknowledged, Jellycat needs to do MUCH BETTER in trimming the plush fibers AWAY FROM THE EYES! I had to search for them, and yes, they were under there, but as I have had to do MANY DOZENS of times with Jellycat products, I found myself, with my advanced arthritis and my tiny embroider scissors, trying to cut away all of the fibers obscuring the eyes. SUPER LABOR INTENSIVE, for a seventy dollar plush. Rather ridiculous that Jellycat can't seem to finish off their products by using one of those rotating razor trimmers around the eyes - a tool I do not and should not have to own. MY PRODUCT DOES NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO THE EYES. JELLYCAT TRIMS EACH OF THEIR PICTURED PRODUCTS, BUT NOT THE ITEMS THEY SELL. Really disappointed as, believe it or not, I DO HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO. :( NORDSTROM, PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ALONG TO JELLYCAT. THEY NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER.
