Large Leather Zipped Soft Tote

I purchased my first Maison de Sabre product from Nordstrom and was impressed with the quality and price range. When I visited their website, I found a wider selection of products. I ended up purchasing several items and liked them—except for this zipped tote bag, which I now regret not buying from Nordstrom due to their better return policy. The bag is large, but the straps are thin and short, making them unable to support the weight properly. Carrying it is painful on my shoulder. I’m genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews, as they influenced my decision to buy this bag since I couldn’t see it in person anywhere locally. I was excited to personalize the bag because I had no doubts about its quality. The initials are on a detachable keyring string. However, after realizing how poorly designed the bag is, I requested a return, as I simply can’t use it. They refused because it was personalized, which I understand. I even offered to pay a fee to return just the detachable personalized piece, but they declined. Now, I’m stuck with a $375 bag I can’t use—just expensive trash to me. They seem proud of their products, yet they refuse to take any responsibility for their quality.
