Large Le Pliage Neo 18-Inch Nylon Travel Bag

I originally bought this bag in grey/silver and returned it. I thought maybe I just didn't like the color, but wanted a duffle with a shoulder strap for some time and had always heard great things about Longchamp so I purchased again in black. I really wanted to love this bag, but it has no structure at all so it hangs strangely whether carrying by the handles or by the shoulder strap. The cloth is thinner and leather is lower quality compared to other Longchamp pieces. Very disappointed that I had to return as it is a cute bag. The quality and design just isn't there.

When it lays flat, the width is about 24 inches not 18. 18 inches is the bottom width which is narrowest point. Made in China and very thin fabric. When I saw Neo is on Anniversary sale I was super excited and I ordered one immediately. I thought I'd like it because I don't have a bag with this size and also with a shoulder strap that I can carry as a crossbody bag. I am on the edge - not sure if I would keep it or not.

LOVE this bag!! I have been waiting years purchase a Longchamp until I found the right one! I had even went to their flagship store in Paris when I was there. I didnt want just a everyday tote, I really needed on for my carry-on for travel. The expandable one was too big for me and the large Le Pliage, not big enough. This one is the perfect size. Though I wont be traveling any time soon (Thank you Covid), I can tell this will hold a lot of carry-on items. The strap was the big seller for me so I can wear it crossbody when I need to. I am 5' 5" and wearing it crossbody, it hits me right at my waist. I cant wait to travel with it!

Love the taupe color and the Longchamp brand embossed strap. It’s a great size for a simple weekend travel or carry it in your luggage as extra bag to stuff it with goodies that you purchase from your travel. Minus one star because it does not have the outer snap tab to neatly fold the bag when it’s not in use like the other longchamp le pliage bags. This bag is literally “foldable in flat” when it’s not in use but it’s not foldable like the other classic le pliage bags.

I love using this as my second piece of luggage while traveling and it easily slides onto my roller language handle. It holds a ton of essentials you need access to while travelling but is still easily fits under the the seat in front of you. Since it's easy to maintain nylon, you don't have to worry about it as much as you would leather. But, because it is Longchamp, it still looks stylish.
