I was waiting for this bag and was looking forward to finally opening it and turns out that Nordstrom sent me a used bag! I can see splashes on it and it totally looks used. So disappointed and the customer service did not do much other than return!

I ordered this Large Fleming Leather Tote and received a completely different bag that had been used. Now ai have to take the time to return the bag and re order in hopes that I will get the actual bag I want. Very inconvenient and annoying
