Mauve misleading
I didn't even know tory burch made this bag so when I saw it on sale I was so excited and purchased without hesitation since I love the fleming line. Unfortunately the mauve is much more pink online than in person. In person the color is giving grandma vibes. Sending it back but definitely thinking about just splurging and buying the black at full price.

Beautiful but flawed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The leather is so soft. The gold tone is beautiful. However, the snaps do not lineup to properly secure the crossbody strap that converts into a shoulder strap. This makes the look of the straps sloppy. My roomie bag has the same type of strap and there’s no issue so it appears to be a flaw in the manufacturing of the strap.

Love this bag!
