Poorly made and doesn’t work
It doesn’t stand up straight, it wobbled like a broken table. Doesn’t warm more than one towel up well at all. Overall poor quality for the price, I expected more since it was from Nordstrom.

Not really big enough
Unfortunately, it is nor large enough to accommodate a bath-sized towel and really warm it up. If you want to warm up standard size towels for your kids, this would work. But for an adult looking to warm up a bath towel, keep looking.

Crap
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents and it has stopped working already. Nordstrom this is such a disappointment and normally you would expect high quality items but they are changing like everything else out there. Would like to get my money back. Absolutely not worth wasting your money on.
