A favorite!
My girls love this skort as it is soft, comfortable, and easy for my younger daughter to get on and off independently (and up and down at school). Take note that this is the ABOVE the knee length. It is a bit shorter than the other length option available, but it works fine for our school's requirements.

I have bought this skirt many times before and always in the same size. I bought three from Lands End and they are always too small.

Runs really big!
My daughter is a thin 9 year old. This skirt runs HUGE! I had to buy her a size 5 to fit her waist. Unfortunately. The size 5 is too short for our school dress code. This really needs to have a slim fit version.

Perfect School Uniform Skirt
We are on our 3rd year and 3rd size of wearing these skirts for middle school dress code. They wash and dry well, are comfortable to wear and most importantly the correct length! I love that my daughter doesn't feel like she needs to change out of it right away after school.

soft fabric
The construction & material are very nice, but the sizing is quite large. We had to go down to a youth size 10 to fit my 14 year old daughter....but this is too short for the uniform policy. The longer version that looks like this is NOT a skort, and the material is not as soft.
