What it is: A nighttime retinol treatment combining retinol with jasmonate derivatives to improve the appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles.
What it does: For the first time, Lancôme Laboratories combined its jasmonate derivative with 0.2% pure retinol to create a formula that aims to transform the look of skin. This concentrate is much more than an anti-wrinkle serum. It's capable of revealing near-perfect-looking skin. The new formula helps to soften the appearance of fine lines and improve uneven texture. Over time, deep wrinkles appear visibly diminished, while skin texture feels renewed and refined.
How to use: In the evening, apply a pea-sized amount to your face avoiding the eyes and lips. It's not recommended for use on sensitive skin. Use only at night.

Seam ripped and product is leaking
I was super bummed for two reasons, particularly since this cost $75. First, the top seam ripped upon the first use. I'm not sure how it tore but it's leaking product out of the top. I imagine the air and light exposure will significantly reduce the quality of the product pretty quickly. Second, I checked the batch code and Nordstrom sent me a product that's 2 years and 3 months old. Pretty disappointed in this experience.

Can't open the tube!
I love Lancome skin care products and have used them for years. I just ordered this and was looking forward to trying it, but I cannot figure out how to open the tube! I've squeezed the tube, nothing came out. Afraid to squeeze more or it may explode with a huge mess of cream. Is there a seal on the tube under the white top? I can't get the white top off the tube to see if something is blocking the cream from coming out of the tube. Disappointed.

Online chat is a joke. They always seem to be down. I need to know if this product breaks you out bad initially. Otherwise, it mays my skin very smooth. But pimples coming up galore.

I wanted to see if retinol was all that it claims.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been using it very long, but it seems to be doing it's job. We will see how my skin looks by the time half of the tube has been used. I have to use more than the pea sized amount the tube recommends to use, but that's OK as long as it works.
