Excellent cleanser - must for oily skin!
I've purchased this several times - it's now a staple part of my skincare regimen! I was a little skeptical at first, having never used Lancome skincare products. Pros:
1. A little goes a long way
2. Texture - can we talk about how smooth and creamy this is?! Not really sudsy, but kind of fluffy
3. Rinses well, without leaving you feeling super-tight and itchy.

I’ve used the foam pump version of this product for several years & loved it. This product is stringy & the application is unfriendly. The results may be fine. But the application—for me—is untenable.

Disappointing
Two stars, because at least this didn't cause a bad breakout. Lancome is a brand I've respected for cosmetics and thought of as an R&D leader in the industry, but now I wonder.
This cleanser has a gooey, hard-to-spread consistency until it is mixed with water. It has lots of added pearly shimmer, which I dislike in skincare products. Still, appearance wouldn't matter if the product worked well.
It doesn't, for me. After a careful massage and rinse, it still leaves liquid foundation residue in my pores. And no matter how long I rinse, afterwards my skin surface feels as if it has a waxy film on it.
It has done nothing to improve the appearance or feel of my skin, I'm sad to say. We don't always "get what we pay for." My standby supermarket cleanser does a much better job.

No other like it
This is the best cleansing product that Lancome makes. Not only is the price outstanding for the quality and quantity of this product. As you only need a dab to work up a full lather. This is a cleanser I have used for quite a few years now. The scent is soft and delightful, your skin feels good. I love it.

Never dry!
You will love the feel of your cleansed skin after using this wonderful product. A little goes a long way so it's even economical to use as the smallest dab will do your face and neck. I use it with my electric rotating brush by first splashing warm water on my face and neck and covering all with a film of this cleanser. The brush does it's work and my skin is radiant and soft. Lancôme has total winner in this product. I use rosewater as a toner after rinsing as I am not as big a fan of the Tonique Radiance

Feels wonderful
I love this cleanser. I have combination skin, but also have roseacea which makes it very sensitive. This creamy cleanser (it turns foamy as you massage it into your face) does an excellent job of cleaning my skin without irritating it, and it feels and smells wonderful.
