Back sling strap does not stay in place.

I ordered these shoes in May for a wedding. I walked around the house a bit and they seemed fine. When I was walking outside and at the wedding I was unable to keep the shoes on. The back sling strap didn’t stay up and I was falling out of the shoes. I was very disappointed with the shoes. I put them back in the box and then in the closet. Is there anyway I can return these shoes as I am unable to safely walk in them. Thank you for your attention to this request.

Nice shoes

Too long toe box

They seem comfortable but the toe box is WAY too long. That part is very uncomfortable

cute shoe but loose elastic strap

So cute and the “wide” size vamp covers my bunion. However elastic straps are low and loose on my foot making walking unstable. Wish this had a buckle so this would not be an issue
