Excellent quality

Bought this for the wife for our 6th wedding anniversary with the store pick-up option. I don't even need to say a word about the always-exceptional Nordstrom customer service. The necklace came in a wonderfully packaged bag along with a cleaning kit. The pearls are beautiful, and the necklace even feels high quality. The quality of string and clasp is also wonderful. I've noticed that many other necklaces slide around the neck so that the clasp eventually ends up in the front. Not with this one. The design of the clasp somehow takes care of this issue. I still haven't figured out how they managed to work around it, but hey, it works! Needless to say, the wife loved it!

Clasp doesn’t work well

The necklace is pretty, however the clasp gets off frequently, not sure if it is just a a common issue or I just got an defective one. Plan to return it.

Brillant white pearls

The pearls are a beautiful bright white, which is what i wanted. However, instead of the clasp that is showed, the one i received had a hook. I prefer the better clasp. I have many kagos pieces and love them

Great set of starter pearls

This is a great strand for starter pearls. The pearls are a nice size, the drop is nice and they have a nice luster to them. The only downside is the clasp is silver - but so far I have not noticed any tarnishing. I do make sure to wipe them down after every use with the cloths and travel pouch provided. Deducting 1 star for the silver clasp and the fact they don't come with branded boxes.

Very Good and Fresh

When looking at the pearls, you can clearly tell they're very high quality and I love how the clasp goes with the pearls and is cohesive. The packaging is cute and it comes with a cloth, which is nice but I wish it came with a box instead of a little pouch but still an amazing product.
