FABRIC STAINS - DO NOT PURCHASE
I wore this dress for an hour max on NYE because the black fabric stains your skin, nails, and hair (if you have blonde hair like me). I am upset with the store for not mentioning anything about this before I purchased it (probably just wanted the commission and didn’t care who they sold it to or who was in the store when I was buying this) and customer service is awful as well because they would not let me return or hear anything about my complaint. I have to spend well over a thousand dollars at this point to fix the damage that this dress fabric has done. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Disappointed
To be candid, I am astounded by Nordstrom’s decision to carry this dress. Despite my unwavering trust in their brand, I was met with a profound sense of disappointment upon receiving the garment. The moment I touched the fabric, I was struck by its poor quality. The color of the dress faded significantly from my hand to my body.

Poor Quality
I wore this dress for 6 hours for a NYE gala. The underwire on the breast of the corset ripped through the material on the left side, and strap broke on the right side; I was seated for the majority of the evening. The zipper was difficult to zip over the seam at the waist, the corset itself was somewhat loose. This is very disappointing for a $300 dress.

The product was beautiful, but the packaging was unacceptable. For the amount I paid, receiving it in a cheap plastic bag was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer.
