The Jean Wide Leg Jeans

I ordered these in a 12 petite. They fit really well around the waist and hips and were comfortable, but the legs were way too wide. They looked nothing like the photo. I wish jean companies would make wide leg jeans proportional to the size ordered. Just because someone goes up in size does not mean they need and extra extra wide leg all the way down.

These are a really fun, casual, comfy pair of denim. I'm 49, 5'4 (short legs) and 125. I kept the 4P, but maybe the 2P would have also worked.. they tend to stretch out and i usually wear a belt to keep them up. Lower to mid rise which makes eating and sitting much more comfortable than some other jeans I've been squeezing myself into. Definitely could be dressed up too.

These fit me great and sizing is what I expected. I wear a 4 in this brand typically but I wanted a loose look and 6 is great. They are still snug on my hips but I’m pear shaped so this is expected for my body shape. They are definitely not cropped like in the photo. I have long legs and usually order long inseams but that wasn’t an option and luckily these hit the ground on me which is exactly what I wanted. The denim is very soft and comfortable. I’m buying another pair for my mom because she liked them so much too.
