I completely agree with the over the rainbow review. She summed it up perfectly.

Over the Rainbow
I was looking for a belt that would work with jeans for the Summer. This looked cute online . As soon as I opened the box I was disappointed. This does not appear to be leather as it said in the description online. Most items I have purchased online I have been happy with . This was a miss . It feels like a manufactured “pleather”. The colors on the belt trim were cute, and the buckle area is a charm like decorative trim . Totally misrepresented . It is not sized correctly. Much shorter in the length than other belts I have purchased in this size. I would have returned it but it is too much trouble to do so, so I am keeping it. The brand missed on this one . Overpriced for the reality.
