Cast in solid iron and finished with a durable porcelain enamel coating, it offers excellent heat distribution and superior heat retention for gratins, braises, and stovetop-to-oven meals. This 11"-diameter, 4.1-quart casserole is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, as well as grill use, and the lid is fitted with a heat-resistant stainless steel knob safe to 480°F.
