Korsa gets 1 STAR for major fumbling the ball
Sent completely WRONG rug in heavy plastic package that I had to completely re-engineer for safe return. Huge hassle!

Terribly disappointed!
This rug company struck out on ALL accounts. This is NOT the RED/Gray patterned rug I ordered & instead they sent this ugly black/beige monstrosity? Not acceptable..
