It's cute and a fun material

This dress is great for the price. The material is not see through, it's definitely thick enough. I had no issue with the rouching. I got a size 6 because it looked small, but I normally wear a 4, and I think it's true to size.

Does not look as pictured

The entirety of the torso is ruched all the way down to the skirt portion, which means that the bottom hem of the skirt hugs my cheeks when I'm standing, and so gets very revealing if seated. In the picture, the torso is ruched but the skirt is not. I could at best wear this as a top? But no way is this a mini-dress.
