Clever Crepe Knighton Blazer

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Refined Apparel is the seller, NOT Nordstrom. I did not know this at tome of purchase. I returned the jacket on the day it arrived due to poor fit. Then I get an email from Nordstrom saying that Refined Apparel has declined my return due to wrong item being sent back. This is impossible. I opened the package, tried it on, put it back in the package and shipped it back. Then, out of nowhere, I received a package and open it to find the balled up blazer crammed in much too small plastic package. Dirty, wrinkled - the exact same blazer I ordered, received and returned. I called Nordstrom and the extremely rude and unhelpful associate informs me it is too late to return. What?!? FRAUDULENT AND SHADY. AND NORDSTROM WAS NO HELP. Nordstrom, you have lost my loyalty forever.
