I ordered this online and I received a used comforter that had multiple stains of different colors. What a disappointment from Nordstrom and for a 300+ item!

arrived used and stained
I don’t know if what I received was even an actual Ugg brand comforter. There was a terrible odor when I opened the bag and then I immediately saw a bloodstain on the edge. One side of the duvet was yellow and one was white. This was very clearly an old comforter that someone shoved into the package and returned. I didn’t even take the comforter out of the package because the damage was so noticeable. The photo is how the item was “folded” when it arrived. Pretty appalling that this wasn’t caught in the warehouse. One of the most disgusting items I’ve ever been shipped. It’s out of stock now, so I can’t order an actual new one to try.

Too Bulky
I was expecting to be like in the photo that it’s not the bulky comforter . Photo is different from the real product. Only used one time and put in storage . Price is expensive too.
