Love it!

Poor product and service
Nothing special. I have been trying to initiate a return for weeks and so far only get redirected back to the FAQ page, which indicates I have to email to start the return. A loop I'm stuck in, and the return policy seems not to work. Not satisfied with the product or the service.

It works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with vibrators is vast, but largely disappointing. I wanted to try the Kip because I have a few friends who swear by it -- and for good reason! I really enjoy how powerful it can be, and how concentrated the vibration feels when you use the pointed tip. The flat side is great for when you're feeling overstimulated, but want to ride the wave down. It holds a charge very well and seems to work reliably, so I'm very pleased.

a fun little thing!
it’s a fun little thing, very quiet, which is a great bonus. and actually i even like the lemon yellow colour, wasn’t too sure about that at first. i hope if you discontinue it, it will be replaced by something similar. the only thing ha i don’t care for is the funny clicking popping noise the buttons for -/+ make. otherwise 5 stars.

Kip will change your life
I bought a Kip 4+ years ago, used it so much, the motor died, so I immediately bought a 2nd. This thing will change your life, I’ve recommended it to so many friends. Best for solo or doggy style. I find using it when the partners penis/body is nearby it doesn’t work as well (if that makes sense) lol.
