Almost perfect.
This is a beautiful, comfortable sandal with a true functional cross buckle. The sole is rugged, supporting, and stable. The back heel strap is velcro and is not very comfortable. If the sandal had a padded buckle heel strap it would be perfect. I returned it. I wear size 7.5 to 8 and have wider toes, the size 8 fit perfectly.

Cute walking shoes
I tend to get a wide in size 8 or regular 8.5 and got the regular 8 so I would say they are pretty true to size and the band adjust and fits a semi wide foot. I wore these to walk around in Vegas and I loved them. Of course break them in a little before going 10,000 steps! I wanted a second pair in brown but they sold out. Love this shoe!
