Excellent, stylish maternity coat (runs large!)
I'm very happy with this coat -- it is stylish and well made, and doesn't make me look like I'm wearing a giant sack or turn me into a marshmallow. Plus I got it at an excellent sale price.
As other reviews say, it runs VERY large. I am a pre-pregnancy 12-14 with a large bust (34H) and I bought both the M and L to try out, and the large was way too big. The M fits nicely across shoulders and upper torso, while still being roomy enough for me to comfortably wear a thick-knit sweater or blazer beneath it. I'm only 4.5 months right now so I don't need all of the room in the torso and lower half, but because the material has some weight to it, the bottom half hangs pretty well and just looks like a loose/drapey fit, rather than belling out and screaming "maternity."
It is not SUPER-super warm on its own (it's not down-filled, after all) but it IS 70% wool and like all wool coats does a good job blocking wind and keeping body warmth in. I have worn it in high-30s NYC weather so far and as long as I layer, I think it will do a good job on all but the very coldest days.
The only things I wish were different would be that it had storm cuffs (because it's roomy enough for sweaters, the arm holes are also roomy and the wind can get in there) and that the hood was deeper or had buttons/clasps to keep it in place. (If you wear your hair up or in a pony, the hood is not deep enough to stay on.) I may add a fur ruff to the hood to give it a little more depth and warmth.

Runs Huge
Cute design but I'm returning it due to it's massive size. I ordered my pre-maternity size and found that the top was baggy and the bottom was more tent like than anything. Too bad it wasn't flattering!

Cute Coat
Very cute coat, but runs alittle big. I typically wear a medium in pre-pregnancy clothes and recently in pregnancy clothes, this coat was big for a medium. Lots of extra material at the bottom(below bump)

very cute, runs big
Very attractive coat but be aware that it runs very large. Pre-pregnancy, I was a size 10/12 (5'6". 150 lbs). I had experienced this manufacturer before so I knew to size down and the only size left was a Small so I took a chance on it. (For reference, the size chart says a size Small should fit a size 4 which I have never been in my life). The sleeve length works and it's still quite roomy. If the XS was still available, I might try that.

LoveLoveLove
I can't say enough good things about this coat. It's cute, comfortable, flattering and well made. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and it fits and looks great now, but there's plenty of room to grow into. It doesn't look like it's meant only for maternity, which is refreshing. It does run slightly large, which I find nice because I can wear thick sweaters under it without binding at the arms. Love this coat.

Purchased for my wife. Very good quality coat. Warm, nice for the winter. It runs very large. Could almost size down an entire size.

Duffle Coat
Very cute jacket and well made! The M fit a bit large in the arms, so I am exchanging it for a S to see if that fits a little better.
