Very disappointed in the comfort level of this filp flop. Nordstrom's details about this shoe say "Buttery-soft leather straps..." which was the reason I purchase the shoe. The straps are firm and ungiving and are not buttery soft. I'm afraid it will give me blisters once I start wearing them.

I thought I bought the wrong size
These run SO small I thought I fully got sent the wrong size. They are small and narrow, and the toe thong is in an awkward part which prevents your foot from going further down into the shoe. Hard pass, even if I sized up I think it would be a weird fit

Love these!
Not too flat, not too high, but just right and comfortable. In addition, my arch is supported adequately for all-day wear. Since they are European, I did size bigger for my perfect fit. Because the footbed and straps are genuine leather, you can wear them casual or for a little dresser look,
