PLEASE BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK
I HAVE UED THE PRODUCT FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND CAN NOT BELIEVE KIEHLS WOULD DISCONTINUE A PRODUCT ON WHICH THE BRAND WAS BUILT. PLEASE, SOMEBODY AT CORPORATE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND BRING IT BACK!!!

Only for Oily or Combo Skin!
I have sensitive skin, and also combination skin, so it is hard for me to find a good astringent/toner. This one was mostly gentle on my skin, it was a little too cooling at times because of my skin's sensitivity, but it does help with post shaving, and definitely gets the makeup off.
Be careful though- this product has alcohol denat., and can make some types of skin feel too tight or deprived of oil (it won't make combo or oily skin feel too dry). This product also has witch hazel extract, which is good for your acne. Because helping get rid of acne isn't the product's main job, the extract won't do much, but it still helps reduce acne spots a tiny bit (and that always helps for acne sufferers)!
Because of my sensitive/combo skin, it didn't really do much, but I was left with that wonderful cooling feeling on my skin. Also, after using cotton pads all over my face with it, it did leave those odd tiny white pieces of cotton on my skin, so that is another reason why I don't recommend it to any other skin type except for combo/oily.
The product definitely lasts a good amount of time- more than 4 months, if used without waste. Just pour a little bit onto a cotton pad and apply.
I would still reccommend it- but ONLY to combo or oily skin!
PS- Almost all of Kiel's products' caps need to SNAP TWICE for it to be completely closed, so press down hard to avoid a bad leakage!

Best Astrigent
This stuff is great. My husband even steals this from me. Does a great job getting all the extra gunk left on your face that your face wash leaves.

Feels so fresh!
I have been breaking out badly for the last couple of years, and I have tried dozens of different things - clarisonic, facials, other products - but nothing has really helped.
For Christmas, I was given the gel cleanser, this astringent and the moisturizer.
Three weeks later and my face is almost completely clear! It's smooth and almost free of all bumps.
The only negative is that it is a little drying (due to the salicylic acid), so I alternate it every few nights with a moisturizing mask.

Great toner
This toner makes my face feel squeaky clean with a nice tingly fresh feeling. It does make face feel real tight and then feel cracky dry if I don't apply moisturizer immediately. Definitely has helped my breakouts! Big bonus!

Hmm...
Okay, I've had this for about a month now and yes this toner leaves your skin super matte. And dries it to a "tightness" which is okay but if you are looking to put on anything on your skin afterwards forget it! I've yet to find anything other than their own products that doesn't bead up when I'm trying to rub it in. There are times I've had to go back & wash this off because I tried to use something other than their line of creams, serums etc. If only that could change I think this would be an awesome product.
