Do not purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear Adidas Customer Service,
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Both pairs of shoes arrived in the correct size; however, they are extremely narrow and did not fit properly. I wasn’t even able to close them—the Velcro wouldn’t reach.
For reference, my son does not have wide feet, so this was unexpected. Additionally, the shoes feel very stiff and uncomfortable.
Given these issues, I would like to request a refund. Please let me know the next steps to process this.

Excellent sneaker, but get a size down.
These shoes are super comfortable and look great! They’re versatile enough to wear to the office with slacks or dress down with more casual outfits. I would recommend sizing down as they fit a bit big — I’ve had to wear thicker socks with mine. Overall, still a great shoe and definitely worth it!
