Do not purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear Adidas Customer Service,
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Both pairs of shoes arrived in the correct size; however, they are extremely narrow and did not fit properly. I wasn’t even able to close them—the Velcro wouldn’t reach.
For reference, my son does not have wide feet, so this was unexpected. Additionally, the shoes feel very stiff and uncomfortable.
Given these issues, I would like to request a refund. Please let me know the next steps to process this.

Still waiting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first purchase the size 6 were too big so I exchanged for a 5.5 size. I’m still waiting to hear when they will ship?
I can’t believe the 6 were too big. Normally I’m a 6.5, but I ordered 6 and they were too big. So hoping the 5.5 will work. Would love to know status of my exchange order.
