so cute but left blister

Such adorable flats my daughter wanted to wear them right out of the store! Unfortunately, after just a short time walking around, they gave her a large blister on the top of her heel. The sole is flexible and comfortable, but the back of the shoe is quite rough and rubbed her heel raw. Sadly, we’ll have to return them
